Mr. Mark Quinn graduated from Michigan State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-pre-law. He received his juris doctorate degree in 1990 graduating from the University of Akron, School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1990. Mark has been admitted to practice law in the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Courts, and the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians Tribal Court.
Mark, a lifelong Manistee resident, has been active in the community. He has served as vice president of the Casman Academy Board of Directors; he has been the president of the Manistee County Michigan State Alumni Club; he has served with the City Council; and he is a member of the Michigan State Bar Representative Assembly and the Manistee County Bar Association.
